In many movies and in literature, tales have been told of people that can walk on water.  A Shaolin Monk named Shi Liliang from the southeast Fujian Province in China was able to run on water.  He was able to accomplish this feat by focusing his energy and strength on his toes and using the little buoyancy on the boards which were less than a centimeter thick and running in a controlled manner.  Shi said that the key to anything is to believe in yourself and you can accomplish anything.  Although he has gained notoriety and for his feats Shi Liliang is donating all the money to school tuition for poor children in a nearby village. A true Shaolin warrior.
